Setup and Supervised a new Department “Character Fabrication” for the Studio  to produce Stop-Motion   Puppets for Commercials and Television Programs.      

Assisted Producers with schedules and staffing for projects. Worked with Directors and Art Directors to find techniques to turn their visions into workable Puppets.

Setup mold shop for puppet fabrication and maintenance of animation puppets that were to be used in the film.(prior to production going with Computer graphics) 

Worked closely with Puppet supervisor and Sculptors from Makinnon & Saunders

In creating auxiliary molds, large scale Martian head, miniature scale Martians, and background/ stand-in Puppets.

Oversaw the creation of wire armatures and maintenance of Ball & Socket armatures, and Foam latex casting process for all puppets used in this ABC Saturday morning show.
